DLUXOMODE will assign you and account including password and user name enabled which will be the e-mail provided to allow you to access and use the portions of this Site accesible to customers such as buy products, mark ítems as favorite, review ítems, comment your purchase, among others. Reviews and Comments

3. You warrant that your Submissions, in whole or in part, are clear and free of any IP right infringement, disputes or third party claims. DLUXOMODE assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright or any other rights of third parties by you. You undertake to defense for and indemnify the sponsor against any losses caused due to the use of the entries for any purposes.
4. In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the site, you also grant DLUXOMODE the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content.
5. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments, and other content that you post on this site and that use of your reviews, comments, or other content by DLUXOMODE will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party.

ABOUT THE SHIPPING
DLUXOMODE ships from different warehouses. For orders with more than one item, we may split your order into several packages according to stock levels at our own discretion. Thank you for your understanding. Customers are strongly advised to purchase the shipping insurance during the checkout for a smooth delivery. For orders with insurance we will offer the same parcel free of charge by default, if there are any issues during the delivery.
1. If there is no stock we will offer refund options.
2. We ship all orders in good faith and DLUXOMODE will not be held responsible for any orders that not are not insured.
Return Policies

DLUXOMODE offer free return for all customers.

Customer must return the package in it origial box and the refund and/or exchange.

Will be performed after the ítem is received int he DLuxomode Warehouse in Castellon de la Plana, Spain.

Customer must provide the return tracking number in order to track the ítem.

All return must be done withing 7 days after the package has been delivered.

Customer may keep the merchandizes that are sent with the package as a courtesy of the brands.

Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept or fulfill and must cancel. We reserves the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include stock limitations, inaccuracies or errors in the product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
Both parties agree that, following order dispatch, transportation is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company. During this stage, full ownership of the product(s) belongs to the buyer; all associated liability and risks during transportation shall be borne by the buyer.
DLUXOMODE is not responsible for late deliveries for special occasions, such as birthdays, or other events. We encourage customers to place their order in advance to ensure there is enough time to receive their item.
We have informed our customers of the peak Christmas season in advance via banners and newsletters, and offered suggestions for the final order date and shipping methods for this period. We can therefore not be held responsible if an item does not arrive in time for Christmas.
All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. dluxomode cannot be made liable for non-delivery in this case.
Order Cancelation
The buyer can cancel orders at anytime during the 24 - 48 Hours prior to shipping; please contact us for assistance. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
Typographical Errors
While DLUXOMODE strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. DLUXOMODEcannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, DLUXOMODE shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mis-priced, DLUXOMODE may, at our discretion, either contact you with instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Pricing in Different Currencies
Pricing of products sold by DLUXOMODE are based upon figures calculated in European Euro (€). Prices displayed in other currencies are converted from € according to the most up to date conversion rates. Due to fluctuating currency values, prices displayed in non european euro, denominations of currency on the site, other than on the individual product page, may not be the most current. Areas of the site where non european denominations of currency might be inaccurate include, but are not limited to, promotional banners, promotional pages, and information on product category pages.
The price displayed on an individual product page, regardless of currency denomination, is the current price you are liable to pay to dluxomode.com, excluding shipping.

Customer Code of Conduct
1. At dluxomode.com we take pride in providing class-leading customer care and will do our best to resolve all issues to customer's satisfaction. However, we will not tolerate any unacceptable or unreasonable behavior towards our Customer Service Team members. Unacceptable behavior directed towards Customer Service staff or DLUXOMODE may, for example, include but not be limited to any of the following:

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICIES
Refund, Return and exchange policies
1. Customers must return the package as per our instructions and the shipping address indicated on the RMA document.
2. Customers must also cover the shipping fee for returning the package, packages must be sent only after Customer Support Team have authorized the return. Packages sent back without authorization or not according to RMA instructions will not be accepted. Please contact our Customer Service for further advice.
3. Please note that customers need to cover the shipping fee to return items to us. This cost is non-refundable. Customers need to provide us the the tracking details for their package and we will monitor the return. We will process any compensation once we have received the items.
About exchanges and refund

DLUXOMODE will refund the entire amount of money paid when buying the article either you are unsatisfied or the package is damaged.

Our refund policy is applicable to either you are completely satisfied or we refund all your money with no questions asked.

All refund is issued after the ítem is returned and received in good conditions in the warehouse. Customer may choose to Exchange an ítem for another at no extra charges.
Warranty policy
DLUXOMODE will replace and or accept back any items purchased from us providing that the product does not responde to the customer´s expectation. We recommend all our customer to follow the following steps when asking for exchange, warranty of replacement.

1. Make sure the item has been purchased with DLUXOMODE
2. Verified the item is in good condition when returning it; that mean in the same way that you receive. DLUXOMODE verify all item condition before sending it to the customer. It is part of our commitment.
3. Make sure to put the product in it original case with tags.
4. The customer must pay for the shipping of the returning item and ensure that we receive it before receiving the money back or the replacement item.

Warranty Exceptions
1. The following items are exempt from refunds, exchanges or replacements for health and hygienique reasons. This includes all apparel listed as: underwear for men and women; women's intimates, swimwear unless that © DLUXOMODE ® does make a mistake.
2. DLUXOMODE does not accept return either for clearance, or any discounted products, providing that DLUXOMODE did not make any error.
3. In case that an ítem needs to be refunded, returned or replace, the customer must return the mistaken one and pay for the return shipping. We must receive the return on before processing the refund, replacement and the new shipment.
Shipping, Handling & Return
1. We ship all over the European Countries, United States, Canada and Australia. Just buy and enjoy our great service, we ship direct to your door. If you are in a different country other tan the ones we ship to and wnat to buy o products of ours, please contact us for arrangement.
2. DLUXOMODE will always ship the item to the address provided at the moment of purchase or the one indicate in the customer´s account.
3. Be aware that, DLUXOMODE is not responsible for any lost ítems because of the customer´s mistake. In case a wrong address is provided at the moment of placing the order, the customer has a 24 hours turn around time to correct the wrong address.
Received your order request
1. After processed your payment and received your order request, we will email you to confirm this order. And then, we will prepare the items in your order.
Order Processing time
1. In this part, we kindly ask about 8 - 24 business hours for the quality control and arrange a suitable shipment. After the package ship out, we will send you an email about the delivery information. Nota that in orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time. However, this time may be affected if there is no stock.
Order Shipping time
1. The actual shipping time to destination countries is based on the shipping method in your order.
2. Flat Rate Shipping to Spain, France, Germany, Belgium: 7 - 14 business days
3. Flat Rate Shipping to other european countries: 10 - 18 business days
4. Expedited Rate Shipping to Spain: 2 - 5 business days
5. Expedited Rate Shipping to European Countries: 5 - 7 business days
6. Flat Rate Shipping to any other country : 7- 15 business days
7. Note that the national and/or public holidays, destination countries and couriers will be affected the shipping time too .
